UPS delivered a small package today containing the Fujifilm X-T2 with battery grip.  I’m going to share my impressions as I unpack this thing.

Nikon, NIK and Strange Things

I just read that the Japanese Government is asking Fujifilm to aid ailing Nikon. Then, Google announces they are not going to support NIK filters any more, but stranger things have happened.

Distinguishing Feature

The distinguishing feature between a good photographer and a mediocre photographer is the placement of the hands. The hands of the subject tell the whole story. If the hands aren’t right, it’s a bad portrait. Plain and simple.

MoLight AD200 Part II

I finally had a chance to play with the AD200. The AD200 is the other of all portable flash units. Two heads and a rechargeable battery make it very versatile.

Using it in full sunlight wasn’t an issue. It packs enough punch to handle f22 on a sunny day. This allows the simulation of darkness.
