Selling Yourself Short

Selling yourself short is easy for us artists.  Our creations become a part of us.  It is part of our super-ego.  Thus, we are more likely to feed that super-ego than we are to think rationally.

Better than a Selfie

A professional portrait is better than a selfie if you are trying to make an impression.  Business profiles deserve the professional touch.  A selfie sends the wrong message to potential clients.

Nikon, NIK and Strange Things

I just read that the Japanese Government is asking Fujifilm to aid ailing Nikon. Then, Google announces they are not going to support NIK filters any more, but stranger things have happened.

Product Review AD200

Time to review a product again. This time it is the AD200. I haven’t worked with it a whole lot, but so far I am VERY impressed.

The first time I saw this was when fellow photographer and educator Michael Mowbray posted about it on Facebook. I immediately took a look at the specifications and said, “I want one!”
